No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

All purchases made through Wedding Time With Jenna, including but not limited to courses, digital downloads, memberships, templates, guides, and other digital products, are final and non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to content upon purchase, no refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

Memberships & Subscriptions (Cancellation Policy)

If you purchase a membership or subscription, you may cancel future billing at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support prior to your next billing date.

 • Cancellation stops future charges only

 • No partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided

 • You will retain access to the membership until the end of your current billing period
